Stephanie Slon Reflexology

Stephanie Slon's interest in holistic health practises started at an early age in the garden. Fascinated by herbs and herbal remedies, she spent many hours reading about Native and Ancient remedies, searching for specific plants and trees to make certain teas and poultices for family members' common ailments. She also had her own garden where she spent her summers growing, harvesting and drying her own herbs and mixing her own remedies.

Eventually, after seeing loved ones struggle to find health and wellness using conventional medicine, she found Reflexology and Reiki as a portable and convenient means to compliment and round out family members health care.

"The difference I've seen reflexology and reiki make in people's lives is astounding, far beyond anything i could have imagined," she said.

Stephanie studied reflexology at the Universal College of Reflexology under world renowned reflexologists Jack and Lauren Slade in Edmonton Alberta, and received her Reiki Level II training through Russ Littau - International Reiki Master, Teacher and Speaker of The Healing Centre in Red Deere.

Stephanie practices out of the Northwest Wellness Centre, where she has the privilege of working alongside like minded and skilled chiropractors, a family doctor, a meditation instructor, massage therapists, a yoga and auyervedics councillor and an osteopath.

She is committed to helping her friends, family and clients achieve the health and wellness they desire to with holistic health practises, and feels that with the combined skill and knowledge available at the Northwest Wellness Centre, this is possible for everyone.

Stephanie is Registered with the Natural Health Practitioners Association of Canada.
